[ORDER]

What is a seller and Seller Shop? 

We are multi-vendor marketplace, all goods and products are sold by each sellers, so, they control each order as their policies under their private shop called seller's shop, Please find and check their details in description of the product pages, you want to purchase. You can also check the reviews of sellers and product information of the sellers shop, also check the policies of each seller in there, because, their policies could be different for each sellers.

How do i place order ?

Once you have selected all the items you would like to purchase, click on the Shopping Cart icon located at the top right corner of the page to review your order and proceed to checkout. You will receive an email confirming your order that includes your order number.All successful order transactions will receive an order confirmation email within 30 minutes. If you have not received your order confirmation email, Please.check your spam fold.
Unfortunately you are unable to edit your orders once order has been placed.

How can i check my order status ?

You can check your order status in your order history at your account, If the goods have not arrived, check the shipping order number and check the shipping status and also send your message to seller through Contact.

We accept PayPal payment method and Bank transfer, Bank transfer will be made through Bank or, Tranferwise, Westernunion, Monygram as below their official website

[CANCELLATION  RETURNS]

Can i cancel my order ?

Once orders has been processed in Process, further changes will not be permitted, because, your order is in Pressing in process means, the order in ready for shipment or handed over to overseas delivery agent, so, it is a hard to cancel. Check your order status first and contact the seller, 

What is the return policy ?

You can refer to sellers return Policy first in their seller shop or description in Product page.

In principle, if the good that buyer bought from specific seller was used item as seller remarked, returns, refunds,exchange are restricted due to the characteristics of the product. However, if there is a seller's policy for returns and refunds, the seller's regulations are prioritized.

It means that the buyer who purchased the product agrees with the seller's regulations because they first check the seller's regulations and purchase the product.

If the product sold by the seller is not a used product or there is no regulation on refund or refund, follow the regulations Article 16 (Returns and Returns) in Term and condition of use

[SHIPPING AND DELIVERY]

Can i request a specific date or time slot for my delivery to arrive or offer next day delivery service ?

You can refer to sellers delivery policy.

How long does it normally take to ship out goods once payment is made ?

Please allow up to 5~20 business days for arrange delivery depending on sellers status from the the day your payment cleared. Delivery Under COVID-19, It is difficult to expect delivery, Every time all available Shipping methods and delivery time changing to each countries policy(Mostly returned to normal from Korea to delivery country by EMS, but, some of countries still delayed

There may be paid for returning fee, in case returning by caused of unclaimed of buyers side.(Re-shipment will be charged all shipping methods), this cases are different each shipping methods that your seller handling.

Do all sellers accept order and deliver internationally ?

Basically, all sellers accept international order and ship to worldwide but, it's depend on seller's Shipping methods. 

Can i track the status of my shipment ?

We recommend sellers to use all deliveries through Korean post office basically, EMS,  but, that's depended on sellers policies, some sellers can handle their international delivery methods, they can offer all or their reputed  Courier partner, so, Please check sellers shipping policies first,  Once your order is shipped you will be provided with an Tracking number and the name of the shipping methods that you can use to track your delivery.

How reviews work ?

You can use five-star review (one being the lowest and five being the highest) to review your purchases. Reviews help other shoppers on Seller make informed, and reviews help sellers know how they’re doing. 

When can I leave a review ?

When your order has been arrived at your place, please write an accurate review to the seller, it will be helpful to manage their shop Please leave review for the seller, your good reviews offer the seller trust and confidence by providing relevant goods and products .
