Create your account 

STEP 1. Click Sign-in button on the left side on the website and click register.

STEP 2. Read the ""Terms of Use"", and ""Privacy policy"" before you tick ""I agree""

STEP 3. Set your own account and password.

STEP 4. Welcome to cocomarket.

Click on the [Sign up] link. By completing the membership subscription forms and agreeing to the privacy policy, the customer can immediately benefit from according services offered to members.

Members will not be required to re-enter their shipping or billing addresses every time they place an order and be eligible to participate in group purchase, other discount events, coupons.



Order is processed as below :

STEP 1: Log-in (sign-up if needed), Search for products, select options and click on the “Buy now” button.

STEP 2: Make sure you have selected right options, enter your billing and shipping addresses and select a payment method.

STEP 3: Proceed with payment complete the order procedure.

STEP 4: Once the order has successfully been placed, you will be given an order number.

*Please provide precise order information and shipping address for faster and precise shipping.

[How to check the order list]

Once the payment is completed you will be able to check the order history list on [My page].

On [My page] menu click on the [Order list] and you will be able to check all your order history.

[Track order]

Sign into the shopping mall website and click on “Track order” link in order history and detail page to view your order history.

*Click on the order number for detailed order information and shipping status.

[Shopping cart]

Sign into the shopping mall website and click on “Cart” link in order to view list of items added to your shopping cart



Following payment methods are available within cocomarket

1. Payment via PayPal account : PayPal verified account is required.

2. Payment by credit or debit card via PayPal(Visa, Master, JCB, Amex etc.) : PayPal account is NOT required.

3. Money transfer via Wise(Transferwise), sentbe and other similar wire transfer App.(Fastest way)

4. Western Union (Please send us a Western Union transfer data(MTCN) after make Western Union Payment)


It will take at least 3 to 15 days from your payment cleared to receive your order, depending to your Shipping methods


- It takes about 1-2 business days for the products to be prepared for shipment. Once products are dispatched, they can be delivered at your doorsteps in about 1~2 weeks. (Keep in mind that delivery may be delayed due to external factors such as customs clearance, import related inspections, and etc.)

Delivery Day : 7 - 15 business days after shipment(Same day shipping is not available)

※ Please make sure to double-check your delivery address (correct address, postage code, phone number), Packages may return or be discarded if the order Cost for return and disposal should be shouldered by the customer for refund.

- Parcels are only dispatched on business days.

- Please be informed that order placed right before day-offs and holidays in Korea may be delayed.

- Please contact our CS team if you still have not received your parcel after 15 business from the date tracking number is given.


All risk including Recipient's refusal to receive(Customs and Duties)

The recipient will be held responsible for international shipments which may be subject to import duties and taxes. Please be advised that these charges are levied by the destination country and we do not have control over them. In the case that the recipient refuses to receive the parcel, the order will be returned to Korea and will not be re-shipped. Relevant expenses (round-trip shipping, customs, etc.) will be deducted from the refund.

All shipment is dispatched on the condition of all risk owned by Buyer, Missing address or contact number, Return of importation prohibited, Unknown address and information, Gone away, absence of a recipient, Unclaimed of buyer side (cocomarket is not responsible for returning the package which for the cause listed above), so, please. check careful delivery address and customs policy in your country.

※ Changing delivery address is impossible : You can not change delivery address after shipment,so, please, check your delivery address carefully.

※ We have no the latest information about duties and taxes which imposed in the country of destination, so, please, check your customs policy.(Recently, there has been a tendency to impose tariffs and taxes on all imported products regardless of price)

※ When your selected region is required of TAX ID for customs related issues. Please input your correct TAX ID with your address if you have.

Check your country's customs policy

- International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are levied once the package reaches the country of destination. All related fees are the responsibility of the recipient, due to the Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they do in fact apply duties and or taxes to your imports. Not knowing your country's regulations can result in your order incurring high import duties, the delivery being delayed or even returned.

- Due to complex and ever changing customs policies we cannot guarantee the items you are ordering are permitted for import into your country. Therefore, it is important that you become familiar with the customs laws in your country before placing an order. Please check with your customs office to see if you can import the items, and if any additional licenses or permits are needed. Orders that are seized or delayed by customs are the responsibility of the customer and not cocomarket.



Please make sure you have selected right options(e.g. size, color and quantity) prior to completing the order, Once the order is completed, it is assumed that the customer agreed on our exchange/refund policy.

If the ordered product has already moved to the status of overseas shipment, it cannot be canceled due to a simple change of mind or a change of order. Also, in principle, it is not possible to return used products.

Returns due to a change of heart are expensive as they include international shipping costs. Buy carefully.

Requests for Exchange/refund are accepted only if the requests are made within 7 days of the date of receipt.

※ Please be noted that you should put your order number in returning parcel to make the process faster.

※ Exchange is limited to the same product or the same price

※ If it is impossible to exchange the same product due to inventory exhaustion or production interruption(discontinue production), we will refund you.

[Exchange / Return due to customers [change of mind]]

- Please contact our Customer service center within 7 days after receiving your package and send us return tracking number in 3 business days.

- While making an inquiry to our Customer Service Center include the following information to hasten the process:

[Name, Order number, product name, reason for exchange/ return]

- In case those items show any signs of use, they will not be accepted for exchange. In case of any return due to [change of mind], the return shipping(to S. Korea) fee is borne by a customer and related cost shipping fee deductions are applicable according to cocomarket Policy 

[Exchange / Return policy for defective and different items shipped]

- Please contact our Customer service center within 7 days after receiving your package and send us return tracking number in 3 business days.

- While making an inquiry to our Customer Service Center include the following information to hasten the process:

[Name, Order number, product name, a picture of the item, a picture of defect part)

- For any exchanges and returns of defective or different items shipped, the shipping fees will be borne by cocomarket

* If the product is out of stock, it will be refunded.

[Missing Items]

- If any of your item(s) is missing in your parcel, please contact our CS team within 5 days from you receive the box. When contacting us, please send us the pictures described below.

[Name, Order number, Picture of the box, Picture of all items you received, pictures of each the item]

- If confirmed of missing, we will send you the product right away, however, some products may go out-of-stock, in case, it will be refunded.

[The followings are not eligible for returns/exchange]

- Any items reported after 7 days from the date of receiving

- Any item from which the tags have been removed, regardless of if they were defective on arrival

- Customized or handmade items

- Items having trace of scent, cigarette, perfume, use, wash, or alterations.

- Items that have been damaged intentionally including, but not limited to, lost tags, alterations, washing damages, even if the item was defective upon arrival

- All goods returned without previous notice or in spite of return denial by our CS team will not be accepted.


-  Please allow 2-3 business days for all refunds to appear on your order history status. Refunds will be made for orders , if there is no problem after inspecting the returned products.
