🔧 General Checkout Issues
- If an error occurs during checkout, wait a moment and try again.
- If your order is still processing, please allow extra time before retrying.
- If problems persist, contact our support team.
💳 Order Status: Pending Payment
- If your bank transfer or deposit hasn't been confirmed, your order will remain in "Pending Payment" status.
- Once payment is verified, the status will change to "Payment Approved" and the seller will begin preparing your order.
- Most orders are prepared within 24 hours, and you’ll receive confirmation emails at each step.
🏦 Bank Authorization Issues
- Your bank may flag unexpected activity such as first-time orders or large purchases.
- Verbal approval or a request to increase your purchase limit may be required.
- Check if you've reached your daily withdrawal or purchase limit—even if funds are available.
🅿️ PayPal Payment Troubles
- If you're using PayPal and encounter an error, try a different payment method or contact PayPal directly.
- Make sure your billing address and card details are up to date—especially if you've received a new card or changed your address.
- PayPal allows you to update saved payment information within your account settings.
- Check your PayPal balance and payment limits before completing your purchase.
- Even after payment is completed, PayPal funds may take 2–3 days to be transferred to Korean bank accounts.
- PayPal accounts with Korean addresses may be restricted due to PayPal’s regional policies.
🏠 Update Your Billing Address
- Log in to your account at cocomarket.kr
- Go to Account Settings → Edit Address
- Modify your billing/shipping address and click Save
🧹 Remove Items from Your Cart
- Visit your shopping cart at cocomarket.kr
- Click the ❌ Remove button next to the item you wish to delete
