🚚 How to Change Your Shipping Address
If you entered the wrong address due to a move or mistake, follow these steps:
- Before Ordering: Log in to your account > Go to Address Settings > Edit existing address or add a new one.
- After Ordering: If your order hasn’t shipped yet, go to Order Details > Update the address and contact the seller immediately.
📦 Tracking Your Order Status
If your order doesn’t show a tracking number, it may not have shipped yet or the seller hasn’t updated the information.
Log in > Go to Order History > Click the order number to view delivery status.
❌ How to Cancel an Order
To cancel an order, log in to your account > Go to Order Details > Select the order > Submit a cancellation request via the Contact Us form.
Important: Submitting a request does not guarantee cancellation. Approval depends on the order status and seller’s policy.
Orders can be canceled before payment. If your order is marked as Processing in Progress, cancellation may not be possible as shipping preparations have begun.
Support hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (KST). Responses may be delayed outside these hours.
🔄 Return & Exchange Policy
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange depending on the seller’s policy.
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Opened albums and used items are non-returnable due to inventory nature.
- Exchanges are only available for the same item or same price, subject to stock availability.
- If the item is out of stock, a refund will be issued.
All requests must be submitted via the Customer Service Center with your order number and reason for return or exchange.
If the item is defective or incorrect, Coco Market will cover the return shipping cost.
