Sign In or Recover Your Account on COCOMARKET
If you're having trouble logging in to your account at cocomarket.kr, follow these steps to reset your password, recover access, or create a new account.
🔐 Reset Your Password
- Click the User icon at the top of cocomarket.kr.
- Select About and go to your personal information section.
- Enter your current password and new password.
- Click Save. You may be prompted to enter a verification code sent to your device.
📧 Common Login Issues
- Ensure your username and password are correct (case-sensitive).
- Check for security code emails from cocomarket.kr.
- If your account is suspended, respond to the violation email from COCOMARKET.
- Update your web browser to avoid compatibility issues.
🆕 Create a New Account
- Review the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
- Click Register at the top of the site.
- Complete the registration form.
- Check your email and click the confirmation link.
- Log in and personalize your profile or open a shop.
📨 Didn't Receive Confirmation or Reset Email?
- Check your Spam or Junk Mail folder.
- In Gmail, check the Social and Promotions tabs.
- Add shopmaster@cocomarket.kr to your safe sender list.
👤 Username & Profile Settings
Your username is auto-generated. To update your display name:
- Log in and go to Account → Personal Information.
- Change your first or last name and enter your password.
- Click Save Changes.
Note: Usernames cannot be changed unless legally required.

If your account access is restricted due to security concerns:
- Reset your password to regain access.
- Review your account details for unauthorized changes.
- Enable cookies and disable autofill in your browser settings.
